The founder of BIS and integral part of the Mars Resistance Movement. Despite this, he is largely unaware of the extent of his influence. A former military man, Deckson is suspicious of Earth’s activity on Mars. He formed BIS after uncovering the details of their tyranny.

Deckson drives Edge, a large tank capable of refueling and rearming other units.
