i was just wondering if anybody had any ideas as to what the vic viper experimental LEV actually runs on? Its obviously not an OF so it doesnt run on metatron, yet it is powerful enough to hold its own against Orbital Frames...

Hmm well it might run on a smaller source of metatron enough to not classify it as an orbital frame but as a lev.

Eaither that or it is powered like *iT* from southpark =0 eeeeewwwww

hmm i dont think it uses metatron at all otherwise it wouldnt be a LEV really. Only thing i can really think of is if it has somesort of nuclear fusion/fission reactor. That would be very unstable in theory and pretty much impossible to implement in something as relatively compact and mobile as Vic Viper but its all i can think of that might produce a substantial enough amount of power lol

I've heard that they already managed nuclear fusion from experiments at CERN.

What separates an LEV from and OF:

Propulsion System:
LEVs use Arkjet Engines while OFs use something called an Anti-Proton Reactor.

If you ever wiki'ed antimatter, you'd find the concepts of particles of opposite charges: positrons, anti-protons, and anti-neutrons. Given the dangers of antimatter, the space-warping capabilities of Metatron could keep this system from breaking down. You could have an entire repeat of big bangs going on in a Reactor that provides the energy to the Metatron keeping it stable as well as the rest of the vehicle. One could even say that this breaks the second law of thermodynamics, the law of entropy.

Note this keeps the whole thing in equilibrium. The first law still applies, which means that an Orbital Frame can run out energy if it becomes converted outside of the system.

Armor and cast:
LEVs have regular alloy, and possibly memory metal in the joints. OFs have Metatron throughout the outer casing which is Self Supporting Armor that allows them to repair at a moments notice.

Probably the Vic Viper has been equipped with an Anti-Proton Reactor but no Self Supporting Armor then I guess it could technically count as an LEV. Given that the gauntlet seems to warp space, it would be probable that at least some Metatron is present in the weapons system.Orbital Frames have an intrinsic field that negates wind resistance in flight. the V2 LEV is subject to wind resistance and thus has a more aero dynamic form (heh heh jet).

he is powered by my own sense of self satisfaction

I have come to the conclusion that Vic Viper is fuelled by liquid schwarz... :-P

the vic viper was the last LEV they made (i think)
and it was one of the newer versions... and besides, any konami fan knows that
the vic viper is actually from gradius and he just made a kameo on ZOE =3
